Symphony of Science

I can't believe I haven't blogged about this! Discovery Jones mentioned it on Twitter, but the Symphony of Science definitely deserves its own blog post.

According to the website, the Symphony of Science is a musical project by John Boswell designed to deliver scientific knowledge and philosophy in musical form.

In my words, I would say that it's a surreal visual and audio project that is as funny and informative as it is surreal.

Intrigued? Well, have a look. Here is the Symphony of Science with We Are All Connected, featuring Carl Sagan, Richard Feynman, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Bill Nye.

The Symphony of Science website has two more videos, plus you can sign up to receive email updates if you like. You can also download mp3s of each song, plus read the lyrics.

I love music. I love experimental art. I love science! These little videos make me very happy.

Stay curious,
Collette

Absolutely, Misty. Absolutely! I wonder if we can get Carl Sagan to come in and help us out :)

We gotta do a Symphony of Science show. The Science Centre would probably have great acoustics!
