Critters!

Lots of critters live at the Saskatchewan Science Centre!
Meet Barb, the bearded dragon, or Larry the boa constrictor. How about Rosie, the tarantula, or Dorrie and Neko, our ferrets? We also have fruit bats, salamanders, a tailless scorpion, and more!
Watch us feed and take care of these little ones, touch them yourself, and learn more about how they live in the wild, and why we need to protect them.

Fun Fact
Turkey
vultures search for food using smell, a practice that is not common among
birds. As long as they can smell
carrion, they can locate it even if they cannot see it.
