K'NEX Building Thrill Rides

1

This cool new visiting exhibit will captivate you as you explore the science, math, and technology behind hair-raising amusement park thrill rides!

The exhibit showcases 9 K'NEX models including roller coasters, ferris wheels, and swing rides made solely from K’NEX rods and connectors. The models range from a roller coaster measuring over 10 feet long, a 6 foot Ferris wheel, a variety of swing rides from 3-10 feet including the new Serpent’s Spiral, a roller coaster made from K’NEX regular and micro parts that stands over 4 feet high!

The realistic actions of the models will bring scientific and engineering concepts to life as you explore forces such as potential and kinetic energy, and linear and rotational motion through simple experiments.

There are hands-on activities and K'NEX building areas for children 6+ and KID K'NEX for youngsters aged 3 to 5.

You can even take your K'NEX creations home! You'll be able to buy them on a "weigh & pay" basis using the weight of the total parts at a predetermined price.

It will be thrilling!
