It is with great sadness that we marked the passing of Lloyd Johnston in November of this year. Mr. Johnston was one of the Science Centre's original board members, one of the first chairs, and one of the main reasons the Saskatchewan Science Centre exists today.

Weekends in January: Borax Snowflakes
With a little bit of chemistry you can make snowflakes as intricate and sparkly as the real ones! Pipe cleaners, borax solution and science combine to create a very unique and durable decoration that will look great during the winter season.
