We're so excited to be hosting "The Science of Rock 'N Roll" with The Upside of Maybe, that we decided to dedicate a whole day to the Sounds of Science! All of these activities, including the concert, are free with your General Admission, which means totally free for Members!
9:30am - 10:30am: Sounds in Your Backyard
Make neat noisemakers that represent the sounds you might hear in your own backyard!
1:30pm - 2:45pm: The Science of Rock 'N Roll concert with The Upside of Maybe
3:00pm - 4:00pm: Make a Musical Instrument!
Learn more about the scientific properties of certain instruments, and create your own to join our orchestra and then take home!
4:00pm: Sounds of the Science Centre Stage Show
A one day, on time only Stage Show with all of our favourite experiments that make an interesting noise! At the end of the show, join our Science Centre Orchestra with the instruments you just created.
Make a day of it! Bring a picnic lunch, or get some snacks from the IMAX Concession and come stay all day to make noise with us!
