Girls Night Out

Girls Night Out is an evening for girls* between ages 14 to 18 hosted by the Saskatchewan Science Centre and the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS). A parent/guardian or teacher is welcome to attend with the teen participant.

Join professional engineers in an exciting night of exploration and real world problem solving. Meet women working in engineering fields, watch Dream Big: Engineering Our World in IMAX, and take part in a hands-on problem solving challenge.

This evening is free of charge and an opportunity for girls to learn about the true nature of engineering from a female perspective. Registration is required.

For more information, and to register, visit our Girls Night Out page here.

*Please be aware that we have an inclusive view of the word “girl” and we welcome trans, gender queer and non-binary folks interested in our event.
