Adult Science Night: Destination Moon
Friday, May 29, 2026 | 7:00–10:00 pm
Blast off for an evening of space exploration, technology, and hands-on discovery at our next Adult Science Night.
Explore featured exhibits like Earth in Focus and Journey to Space, then dive deeper with interactive stations, live demonstrations, and expert insights from local scientists and innovators. From robotics and drone technology to space debris and deep-sky observation, this is your chance to experience the science shaping our journey beyond Earth.
Throughout the night, connect with special guests including researchers from the University of Regina, the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada, and more – all bringing space science to life through engaging, hands-on experiences.
Enjoy a space-themed stage show, test your skills in a rover navigation challenge, explore microscopic life like tardigrades, and – weather permitting – take a guided look at the night sky through telescopes.
Whether you're a space enthusiast or just curious about what lies beyond our planet, this is your invitation to explore, experiment, and experience the future of space travel.
These are licensed events and only those 19 years of age and older are able to attend. All visitors must provide valid, government-issued photo ID, without exception.
