Science Time for Tots: Exploring Texture & Colour

Wednesday, May 13 from 9:30–10:30 am.

This month, tots will become curious creators as they explore the connection between art and science. Using a variety of materials, from cardboard and foil to sandpaper and wax paper; children will draw, experiment, and discover how different surfaces affect colour, texture, and smudging.

Through hands-on exploration, tots will observe how materials interact in unique ways, encouraging creativity, sensory awareness, and early scientific thinking. This engaging activity is designed to spark curiosity and inspire little learners to see the science behind everyday experiences.

This engaging session encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and early scientific thinking, all in a fun, supportive environment designed for learning through play.

Bring your little one for a morning of playful science, sensory exploration, and creativity, designed especially for toddlers and their caregivers. Enjoy complimentary Caliber Coffee while your tot learns through fun, guided activities.
