Is Your Brain Aging Well? What Science Says About Keeping It Healthy

Could the small choice you make each day influence how your brain ages? Join Dr. Holly Bardutz, Director of the Brain Health and Wellness Lab at the University of Regina, to discover the latest science and practical strategies for keeping your brain healthy.

Participants will enjoy a 45-minute presentation, followed by time for questions, discussion, and reflection in a relaxed, welcoming environment. As with all Science Connections sessions, the morning also includes time to explore the Science Centre’s exhibit floor, and complimentary Caliber Coffee.
